Exhibitor Registration/Set-up: Friday, July 24, 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. and Saturday, July 25, 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
Exhibits Open to Attendees: Saturday, July 25, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Exhibitor Tear-down and Move-out: Saturday, July 25, 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Exhibitor Registration
For Profit $560.00
In addition to the space and exposure provided for the exhibit, exhibitor registration includes the following: Two attendees, breakfast, lunch, refreshments, acknowledgement in the program and website, and registration for conference sessions on Saturday, July 25.
Nonprofit $260.00
In addition to the space and exposure provided for the exhibit, exhibitor registration includes the following: One attendee, breakfast, lunch, refreshments, acknowledgement in the program and website, and registration for conference sessions on Saturday, July 25.
Additional attendees: $60.00 each
To ensure maximum engagement, FLCHE schedules "exhibit only" time.
Exhibits include a table, tablecloth, identification sign, two chairs, Internet access, and logo in our conference program and on our website.
If you need additional space for your exhibit, please consider adding additional tables or chairs when registering. An additional table with tablecloth is $15 each, additional chairs are $5 each.
*Exhibitors are invited and encouraged to register for Sip and Scholarship on July 24th! It is a great opportunity to meet and connect with our conference participants!
Advertise in our conference program!!
You do not have to be an exhibitor to advertise. An ad in our program is an excellent way to gain attention for your organization or product!
Conference programs will be distributed to all conference participants and FLCHE members, and available on our website.
Advertisers will also receive a size-equivalent ad in our 2026 September and 2027 March editions of our digital publication.
Ads must be in an image format (JPEG, PNG, or GIF) and submitted with advertising order by July 1.

Sponsoring is the most effective way to gain attention for your organization or product!
Sponsors will receive advertising in our conference programs and on our website, signage at the conference, and announcements made throughout the conference to thank you for your contribution. Sponsors will also receive a size-equivalent ad in our 2026 September and 2027 March editions of our digital publication.
